Jorge was on-time, very professional, and we believe performed the tasks we requested with knowledge and expertise. The work done was of excellent quality. Jorge was communicative and patient with us and gave us good explanations of what was needed and how much it would cost. We did not feel pressure to accept any of his recommendations. He was very tidy and left the areas clean after the work. He cleaned out from under two sinks where he needed to work and returned all of the items carefully and neatly. His attention to detail was excellent. The jobs we requested were done and exceeded our satisfaction.

I contacted the Plumbing Doctor at 7:47am and spoke with the owner who assured me he would have someone call me back in 15 min. At 7:56am I received a call from a lovely lady, Brianna. Who set up an appointment for me between 8am – 10am. The techs (Richard and Paul) arrived around 815am or so. They asked me questions and immediately knew what to do. They gave me a quote and got to work. They were, prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They completed the job from start to finish in less than an hour or so. I will definitely use them again.

Called for a kitchen sink faucet replacement and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. Jared came to do the install and was very professional and explained all of the options and price points in detail. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to make the choice of what was right for me. Jared was professional, on time, had good communication, worked efficiently and was overall a great plumber. I would 100% hire The Plumbing Doctor again. My original appointment was for 2 issues, install new kitchen faucet and a bathtub shower related leak. Jared was so knowledgeable and skilled, so I started asking him about every plumbing related question I had about our aging home. He was very helpful answering questions and adding on a couple projects during our appointment. He even had to fix the outdoor water shut off to the house, that we didn’t know had a leak, until we tried to turn it off for the first time in a long time. He used all copper pipes and it looks great and has a much improved shut off handle. He had everything on his truck to complete all the jobs I added on. A bonus was, he cleaned up everything and wore shoe covers every time he entered my house. He would take them off to go outside and put them back on every time he came back in. Home repairs are expensive and a hassle, but Jared’s professionalism made it much less painful.

Last month, we decided to do a whole house re-pipe because of multiple under-the-slab leaks in our hot water line. Jared Grensted and his team from Plumbing Doctor did an excellent job from beginning to end. Jared is a great problem solver who gets every detail right and manages his team well. The crew was always on time, worked incredibly hard, and were pleasant to have around (which matters with such a big project). We were very pleased to have them work in our home and would definitely call them first if we have other plumbing issues.
