I am sooooo relieved and happy to have contacted the Plumbing Doctor !! 😊

My technician was John M. He arrived timely and was very professional. I had another company out for roots and a clog in my toilet who charged me for a service I didn’t need and in addition provided me with information reflecting I needed an expensive sewer job after putting a camera line through my sewer line. This would also impact my patio which of course would would be expensive to replace.

John also put a camera line through my sewer line and advised me that the areas that appeared to be separated on the prior camera viewing with the other company were actually blue glue and intact with no separation. John was thorough and efficient. He provided me with reasonable quotes for the other work I needed and thoroughly explained what would be involved in the toilet root problem !! His visit saved me a substantial amount of money! Thank you John !!
