The Plumbing Doctor plumber was very prompt and friendly. He was able to fit our plumbing repair into his schedule on a Sunday afternoon. He was very professional and explained what the repair service would cost. He efficiently performed three separate repairs within ninety minutes on a Sunday afternoon. This is the first time I have used the Plumbing Doctor plumbing repair service. I will use the Plumbing Doctor again and I will recommend them to my friends.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I’ve used Plumbing Doctor twice now and both times they provided excellent service. The people who answer the phone are very nice, keep you informed about schedule, and will call you if they can get to your job earlier then originally scheduled. Both of the techs who came to my house were very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. They clearly explained the job and costs ahead of time, and seemed happy to explain what they were doing while making the repairs. I didn’t check the “good value” box because I didn’t hunt around for other estimates so I don’t know how Plumbing Doctor costs compare to other plumbers. That said, I think they are a good value because the job was done well and hassle free. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumbing Doctor to others.
