I called the Plumbing Doctor at around 10am and they were able to provide same day service and were at my house by noon (which was another plus because they came out during my lunch hour). The technicians, Richard and Paul, were very professional and friendly. They got the job done quickly and didn’t leave a trace or mess behind. They make a great team. If I have any future plumbing issues (knock on wood) I’ll be sure to give Plumbing Doctor another call. The service was above and beyond and much appreciated! Thanks again to both Richard and Paul.

Plumbing doctor came out quickly and unclogged my backed up kitchen sink. The technician was very courteous and fast. The ladies in the office were great! All around nice company to work with, will be calling them again.

“I apologize for the delay in sending a Review for the service provided by Plumbing Doctor. I can say that The response by office personnel and the two gentlemen, Tanis and John was excellent. My husband has always taken care of installing our water heaters in the past. This was a new experience for both of us, hiring a company to not only install, but provide the water heater itself. John did most of the installation while Tanis traveled to pick up the water heater and then assisted John with the final touches. I appreciated John because I did not have a lot of clean up. Tanis provided paperwork including product registration with State Water heaters. Both young men were courteous and professional. I did apologize to them for putting up with our uncontrollable “chattiness”. I did have to call the office to ask on guarantee; one year on labor. Because we have always chose our products and installation this was a touch decision, but we placed our trust on Tanis and John as well as your company in general. Thank you gentlemen!
